Amara Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide services under people with physical disabilities, sensory loss including dual sensory impairment, mental health issues, learning disabilities and Children and their family. Pat Frankish Psychology and Psychotherapy Consulting Services provide expertise to support staff employed by Amara Care when providing a service. Amara Care also supports people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities to live in their own homes. The support provided is flexible to meet the needs of the individual purchasing the support. Employees enable tenants in a range of activities e.g. shopping, bowling, socialising, going to the pub, using public transport, swimming and visiting family. The most important feature is the encouragement of choice, independence and the promotion of individuality; empowering people to make decisions for themselves. |
